Senior Access Co-Ordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage identity access management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityNow, IBM Security Access Manager, or similar tools.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop IAM strategies that meet their needs.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) models to ensure secure data sharing between systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Active Directory integration with IAM systems.

Job Requirements :

• 8-14 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) or a related field.
• Strong understanding of SailPoint IdentityNow, IBM Security Access Manager, or other comparable IAM platforms.
• Experience with implementing RBAC models for secure data sharing between systems.
• Proficiency in working with Active Directory.
