Senior Academic Counsellor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding relevant courses and programs.
• Generate leads, connect with potential learners, and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Sell online degree programs, certification courses, and other EdTech offerings.
• Understand candidates career goals and recommend suitable educational programs.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and admission goals.
• Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• For Team Leader roles, manage sales teams, monitor performance, and achieve team targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in EdTech sales, academic counselling, or education sales preferred.
• Experience in selling online degrees is an added advantage and may be mandatory for specific openings.
• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented approach with a focus on sales conversions.
• Relevant experience required as per the position.

Job Locations: Noida, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, and other locations depending on the opening.
