Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Academic Counsellor to counsel students, promote skill-development programs, and convert leads into enrolments.
Responsibilities
Counsel students about courses, careers, fees, and admissions.
Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, and follow-ups.
Explain KIT Skill Hub programs and guide students toward suitable courses.
Achieve monthly enrolment and sales targets.
Maintain leads and follow-ups in CRM.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
1 to 5 years of relevant EdTech experience is mandatory.
Experience in academic counselling, inside sales, or education sales. Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and good at follow-up.
Knowledge of CRM and basic computer skills.
