This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior ABM Manager based in United States.
The Senior ABM Manager will lead strategic account-based marketing initiatives designed to accelerate pipeline growth and strengthen relationships with high-value enterprise customers. This role combines strategic planning, campaign execution, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration to create personalized experiences for key accounts. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Customer Success teams to develop impactful marketing programs aligned with business objectives. The position requires expertise in ABM strategy, marketing technology, analytics, and enterprise customer engagement. You will leverage account intelligence, automation platforms, and performance data to optimize campaigns and demonstrate measurable revenue impact. Accountabilities:: The Senior ABM Manager will be responsible for designing and executing account-based marketing strategies that engage priority accounts, improve sales alignment, and generate measurable business outcomes. This role requires strong strategic thinking, operational execution, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Develop and execute multi-year ABM strategies aligned with revenue objectives, identifying and prioritizing target accounts based on strategic value and growth potential.
Design and launch personalized ABM campaigns across email, content, paid media, events, and direct outreach channels.
Partner with Product Marketing teams to develop relevant messaging, sales enablement materials, and account-specific campaign strategies.
Leverage account intelligence, intent data, and scoring platforms to identify opportunities and optimize engagement.
Manage and optimize ABM technology platforms, marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, and analytics solutions.
Collaborate with Sales leadership to define account selection criteria, create ABM playbooks, and establish continuous feedback loops.
Lead cross-functional planning with Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Success, and other business teams to ensure consistent execution.
Monitor ABM performance metrics including pipeline influence, conversion rates, revenue impact, customer engagement, CAC, and ROI.
Provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership teams based on campaign performance and account data.
Identify opportunities to improve personalization, scalability, and operational efficiency across ABM programs.
Build and maintain ABM best practices, processes, and training resources.
Mentor team members and support the development of ABM capabilities across the organization when applicable.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B marketing professional with a strong background in account-based marketing, enterprise sales engagement, and marketing technology. This candidate should combine analytical expertise with strong communication skills and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3+ years focused on ABM, enterprise marketing, or complex sales environments.
Proven experience designing and executing ABM programs that generate pipeline and revenue impact.
Hands-on experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense, including account selection, intent data analysis, scoring, and campaign execution.
Experience using platforms such as Reachdesk or similar tools for personalized, multi-channel campaign orchestration.
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, buying committees, customer journeys, and enterprise decision-making processes.
Experience with marketing technologies such as Marketo, Salesforce, Sigma, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance, ROI, and business impact.
Ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies and execution plans.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in technology, SaaS, enterprise software, demand generation, or field marketing environments is preferred.
Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sales methodologies, or ABM certifications is a plus.
Experience building ABM programs from the ground up and managing distributed teams is preferred.
