Job Description – 3D Designer | Events & Experiential Role: 3D Designer – Events & Experiential Department: Design & Creative Location: Delhi NCR Experience: 7-10 years About the Role We are looking for a strong 3D Designer with experience in events, experiential marketing, brand activations and spatial design. The ideal candidate should be able to take a creative brief or concept and translate it into high-quality, realistic and production-friendly 3D designs. This is a fast-paced role requiring both creative thinking and a strong understanding of how designs are actually fabricated and executed on ground. Key Responsibilities Create high-quality 3D designs and realistic renders for events, brand experiences, activations, launches, pop-ups and installations. Translate creative concepts, moodboards and references into complete event environments. Design: Stages & backdrops Entrances & façades Bars & counters Brand installations Photo opportunities Experience & engagement zones Exhibition booths & kiosks Pop-ups Retail displays VIP & hospitality areas Décor and spatial elements Visualize the complete event space, considering guest movement, scale, visibility and brand presence. Work accurately with venue layouts, measurements and floor plans. Develop multiple design options quickly based on internal and client feedback. Create detailed views of important elements to help production teams understand the design. Select and visualize appropriate materials, textures, finishes, lighting and branding applications. Ensure designs are not only visually impressive but also practical, executable and budget-conscious. Understand fabrication methods and design keeping actual production possibilities in mind. Work closely with the Creative, Client Servicing and Operations/Production teams from concept to execution. Coordinate with fabricators and production vendors to explain design intent and resolve execution challenges. Participate in site visits when required. Make quick design adaptations based on venue restrictions or on-ground requirements. Ensure the final execution remains as close as possible to the approved 3D visualization. Software Skills Strong proficiency in: 3ds Max / SketchUp / Blender V-Ray / Corona Renderer Adobe Photoshop AutoCAD – preferred Adobe Illustrator – preferred What We’re Looking For Prior experience designing specifically for the events, experiential, exhibition or activation industry. Strong understanding of event fabrication and production. Excellent sense of scale, proportion, materials, lighting and spatial design. Ability to create photorealistic renders. Ability to understand a brief and independently translate it into a visual environment. Strong aesthetic sense with awareness of current global event and experiential design trends. Ability to work on multiple projects and tight timelines simultaneously. Comfortable with quick turnarounds and multiple rounds of client feedback. Detail-oriented and particular about the quality of final output. Strong team player who can collaborate with creative and production teams. Portfolio Requirement A strong portfolio is mandatory. The portfolio should preferably showcase: Large-format events Brand launches Experiential activations Stage and spatial designs Bars / brand installations Pop-ups and exhibitions Photorealistic event renders Examples of 3D design vs. final on-ground execution Candidates without relevant event/experiential 3D work may not be considered.
