JD:

• 3+years of experience in a talent acquisition or similar role, with knowledge or exposure to Semiconductor, Automotive, Embedded and Engineering domain would be plus .
• Exp in hiring bulk hiring and Contract hiring.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Proficiency with CV databases, and professional networks
• Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Naukri, monster to proactively source candidates
• Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
