Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Semi-Voice Process Executives to support international customers through calls, emails, and live chat. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with customers when required.
• Explain services and provide accurate information to customers.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer details and update the caller database.
• Follow up on pending queries and customer requests.
• Maintain proper call records and daily reports.
• Achieve assigned targets and performance goals.
• Coordinate with the internal team for timely issue resolution.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Good English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers, email, and MS Office.
• Good listening, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in night shifts from the Madhapur office.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
• Experienced candidates in international voice, non-voice, or semi-voice processes are also encouraged to apply.
