Role & responsibilities

• Develop integrated financial models, forecasts, and financial projections to support business valuation and decision-making.
• Perform business valuations using Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) and other relevant valuation methodologies.
• Analyse financial statements, accounting information, and key financial performance indicators.
• Conduct financial research, industry analysis, and market assessments to identify key business drivers and trends.
• Evaluate financial assumptions, identify inconsistencies, and draw meaningful conclusions from financial data.
• Prepare professional valuation reports, financial presentations, and analytical summaries.
• Apply analytical thinking and professional judgement to address complex financial and valuation-related challenges.
• Communicate financial findings and recommendations effectively to internal teams and stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational background in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• CA / Semi-Qualified CA / MBA (Finance) or candidates with relevant financial advisory experience.
• Practical exposure to financial modelling, valuation, financial research, or related assignments would be preferred.
