Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits of business processes, functions, and locations.
• Review financial and operational records, policies, and internal controls.
• Perform audit testing, sample checks, and verification of supporting documents.
• Identify control weaknesses, process gaps, and non-compliance.
• Discuss audit observations with process owners and document their responses.
• Prepare audit working papers and draft reports.
• Track action plans and follow up on closure of audit observations.
• Support special reviews or investigations, as required.

Semi-Qualified CA Statutory Audit

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and conducting statutory audit assignments.
• Examine books of account, financial statements, ledgers, and supporting documents.
• Perform vouching, verification, reconciliations, and audit testing.
• Assist with analytical review of financial statement balances.
• Follow up with clients for records, confirmations, and explanations.
• Prepare and maintain audit working papers and supporting schedules.
• Assist in preparing audit reports and management letters.
• Complete assigned audit work accurately and within agreed timelines.
