The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Indian accounting standards, taxation, and auditing, coupled with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to take initiative.

### **Job Details & Location**

* **Work Location:** Mumbai (Corporate Office)
* **Salary Range:** Competitive and commensurate with experience (Best in Industry) (Upto 6 lacs - negotiable further based on interview)

### **Key Responsibilities**

* **Audit Management:** Assist in conducting statutory audits and tax audits efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
* **Accounts Finalization:** Manage end-to-end accounting processes and play an active role in the finalization of books of accounts.
* **Taxation & Compliance:** Handle Income Tax scrutiny cases, GST filings, reconciliations, and related statutory compliances.
* **Accounting Standards:** Apply knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) to complex financial transactions and reporting.
* **Process Improvement:** Bring an innovative approach to daily accounting operations, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting process optimizations.
* **Team Collaboration:** Work effectively as a collaborative team member to meet strict financial deadlines and audit timelines.

### **Candidate Requirements**

* **Qualification:** CA Intermediate or CMA Intermediate cleared (Dropout status required; candidate must have completed the intermediate level but must not be currently pursuing further examinations or studies).
* **Experience:** Relevant practical exposure or articleship experience in auditing, taxation, and finalization of accounts. (Internship + min 2 yrs of post internship experience)
* **Technical Skills:**
* Sound working knowledge of Ind AS, Income Tax Act, and GST regulations.
* Hands-on experience with statutory audits and tax audits.
