Job Summary

The E-commerce Operations Executive is responsible for managing and monitoring product listings, inventory, order processing, returns, and operational reporting across multiple e-commerce platforms. The role ensures product visibility, inventory accuracy, SLA compliance, and seamless coordination between sellers, customers, and marketplace platforms to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Product Listing & Audits

• Monitor and track newly listed products across various e-commerce platforms.
• Audit newly launched product listings to ensure all information is complete, accurate, and displayed correctly.
• Conduct weekly audits to evaluate product visibility, content quality, and compliance with marketplace standards.
• Identify and resolve listing issues affecting product discoverability and customer experience.

Inventory Management

• Perform inventory audits across multiple e-commerce platforms on behalf of sellers.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, stock mismatches, and synchronization issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain minimum stock thresholds to prevent stock-outs and lost sales.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability.

Order Management & Customer Support

• Audit order-processing SLAs and monitor order fulfillment performance.
• Identify processing delays and ensure all pending orders are addressed within 24 hours.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding delayed orders and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfillment operations.

Returns & Dispute Management

• Maintain accurate records of returned products and return-related transactions.
• Track return requests and ensure timely processing.
• Raise return disputes with marketplace platforms and follow up regularly until resolution.
• Analyze return trends and recommend process improvements to reduce return-related issues.

Reporting & Data Management

• Maintain operational data and records using Microsoft Excel.
• Prepare and update dashboards, MIS reports, and performance trackers for various departments.
• Generate insights on inventory, order fulfillment, returns, and platform performance.
• Support management with data-driven reports for operational decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or inventory control.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, dashboards).
• Understanding of major e-commerce platforms and seller operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet operational deadlines.
