Seller Support Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional customer service to sellers through phone, email, or chat support.
• Resolve issues related to order fulfillment, product information, and account management in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 2-7 years of experience in an international voice process environment.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone or via digital channels.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
