• Acquire and onboard property owners looking to sell their properties.
• Contact sellers to understand property details, selling expectations, pricing, and timelines.
• Explain NoBroker seller plans, services, and benefits to drive conversions.
• Conduct field visits to verify property details, documents, and listing information.
• Assist sellers with property listing, photography, verification, and profile optimization.
• Coordinate with buyers and sellers to schedule property visits and facilitate communication.
• Follow up with property owners regarding buyer inquiries, site visits, and sales progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned property owners.
• Coordinate with sales, buyer acquisition, legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
• Handle seller queries and resolve service-related concerns within defined timelines.
• Update property status, customer interactions, follow-ups, and field activities in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned sales, conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Identify opportunities for renewals, upgrades, and cross-selling of relevant NoBroker services.
• Ensure adherence to company processes, SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
