Self-Growth Programme Executive

We are looking for a Self-Growth Programme Executive to join a growing HappinessCue team in Delhi. The role supports HappinessCue's non-medical personal well-being services. HappinessCue is a non-medical guidance platform, so this role does not involve diagnosis, clinical treatment or medical advice.

• Interact with clients respectfully, understand the guidance they are seeking, coordinate with appropriate experts, manage follow-ups and help keep the experience private, clear and professional.
• Strong listening skills, maturity, empathy and appropriate professional boundaries are important.
• The role is hands-on and suits someone who enjoys taking ownership rather than simply passing enquiries between teams.
• The successful candidate will be expected to communicate clearly, keep commitments visible and make the experience easier for the person seeking guidance.

• The expected experience range is 0-4 years; strong candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
