Hiring: Managed File Transfer (MFT) Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Managed File Transfer (MFT) Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise file transfer, integration, cloud deployment, security, and automation.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Hands-on experience implementing and building integrations using TIBCO Managed File Transfer (MFT), SEEBURGER MFT, IBM Sterling Connect, and BMC Control-M MFT.
• Experience integrating MFT solutions with:
• Cloud storage
• SFTP
• SharePoint Online
• Mainframe systems
• Other enterprise applications and platforms
• Experience deploying MFT solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong experience with both virtual machine (VM) and containerized deployments.
• Strong understanding of secure file transfer protocols, encryption, certificates, keys, and secure communication mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and authentication integrations.
• Experience working across multiple platforms, including:
• Linux
• Windows
• Mainframe
• Strong scripting and automation skills in:
• Shell / Bash
• PowerShell
• Python
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, technical documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-critical production environment.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and operational responsibility.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in enterprise-scale MFT implementations and production support.
• Strong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, monitoring, alerting, and operational troubleshooting.
• Experience with automation, scheduling, job orchestration, and file-transfer monitoring.
• Ability to analyze complex transfer failures and identify root causes across application, network, security, cloud, and infrastructure layers.
