The Technology Information Security Office (TISO) is a global organization within Group Technology. Our services focus on preventing and detecting cyber threats and securing our IT systems. We provide consolidated and reliable security services that implement secure design principles and create best-fit and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Integrate and maintain vulnerability scanning solutions (e.g., Tenable, Qualys, Defender, Wiz.io)
• Build and enhance integrations for vulnerability reporting and remediation tracking (e.g., SNOW VR)
• Analyze and improve business processes, ensure sustainable scan coverage & reporting
• Translating needs to clear business demands, build user stories, and technical specifications
• Perform large-scale technical data analysis to spot and resolve gaps and perform ad hoc reports
• Liaise with vendors for smooth operations and support, improve current set-ups and SLAs
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our services across the globe

Mandatory Skills Description:

• 5+ years of proven experience in detailed business analysis and maintaining requirements
• 5+ years of proven expertise in acting as a BA, driving the bridge between engineering and operations
• 5+ years of proven expertise in integration and support of 3rd party systems & applications from vendors
• 3+ years of experience with data analysis proficiency with Excel and Databases (SQL) is a must
• 3+ years of experience in vulnerability management and reporting (or similar security control)
• 3+ years of network knowledge about TCP/IP stack, Firewalls, Routing, NAT, Gateways, and Security
• 3+ years of working experience in SDLC and agile-driven software development projects
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and drive them from start to completion.
• Ability to focus and explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
• Used to work with many various stakeholders on different levels of the organization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
