- 6–9 years of professional experience in Windows Infrastructure, Endpoint Management, or SecOps?
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting specifically for automation and vulnerability remediation?

- Experienced in using Qualys for vulnerability scanning and remediation tracking? 💎About the Role: Seeking an experienced Security Operations (SecOps) Engineer to join the global IT Security team. In this high-impact role, you will be the primary technical authority responsible for identifying, managing, and remediating vulnerabilities across our complex Windows server and workstation infrastructure. You will work with cutting-edge security tools and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to maintain a secure, resilient, and compliant IT environment.
✅Core Responsibilities End-of-Life (EOL) & Lifecycle Remediation
- System Hardening: Proactively identify and validate EOL and outdated software versions across the Windows server fleet using Qualys or equivalent vulnerability assessment tools.
- Automated Lifecycle Management: Develop, test, and execute advanced PowerShell scripts to automate the uninstallation of unsupported software and the deployment of latest-supported iterations.
- Validation & Compliance: Conduct post-remediation audits to confirm system integrity, ensuring all patches and upgrades align with corporate compliance standards and security policies.
- Operational Continuity: Partner with application owners and infrastructure leads to manage change windows, ensuring remediation activities are scheduled to minimize impact on business services.
Enterprise Vulnerability Management (Servers & Workstations)
- Endpoint Security: Serve as a subject matter expert for SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Microsoft Intune. Manage complex security configurations and policies.
- Imaging & Task Sequencing: Architect and maintain imaging solutions and deployment task sequences to ensure standardized, secure workstation and server provisioning.
- Patch Deployment Architecture: Manage the full lifecycle of patch deployment. Design and deploy collections in SCCM to push critical security patches according to our defined monthly security schedule.
- Remediation Engineering: Utilize the Qualys Patch Management platform to orchestrate large-scale vulnerability remediation.
- Scripting for Security: Author, optimize, and deploy PowerShell automation to address specific CVEs or configuration drift within the endpoint environment.
- Actionable Insights: Generate granular vulnerability reports, translating raw data into actionable insights for stakeholders and management to facilitate risk-based decision-making.
