Position Overview

We are seeking a commanding, professional, and vigilant Corporate Security Officer to

oversee operations across our 3-floor facility serving 300+ corporate employees. The ideal

candidate combines a strong visual presence with exceptional interpersonal skills to maintain

access control, conduct floor patrols, and ensure a safe working environment for staff,

executives, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Access & Visitor Management: Control main entrance badge points, issue temporary

credentials, register visitors/vendors, and ensure unauthorized individuals do not enter

the premises.

• Floor Patrols & Perimeter Security: Conduct systematic physical patrols across all 3

floors to monitor safety hazards, verify open doors/windows, check emergency exits, and

ensure secure server rooms.

• Surveillance & Systems: Monitor multi-channel CCTV systems, fire alarm panels, and

electronic access control networks from the primary console.

• Emergency Response: Serve as the first responder during medical events, fire alarms,

or facility evacuations, liaising directly with emergency services when necessary.

• Incident Reporting & Documentation: Maintain precise daily shift logs and write

detailed incident reports covering security breaches, safety infractions, or equipment

damage.

• Conflict De-escalation: Tactfully resolve access disputes or handle disruptive visitors

maintaining a customer-service-oriented demeanor at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Physical Presence: Height requirement of 5'11" or above to maintain a visible

deterrent and commanding operational presence.

• Experience: Minimum 34 years of experience in corporate security, executive

protection, luxury hospitality security, or relevant military/police background(Not

compulsory military background).

• Education & Licenses: Above 12th pass or degree and licenses if any (Not

compulsory)

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable operating computer-based access control systems,

visitor management software, and electronic incident reporting logs.

• Professional Presentation: Pristine personal grooming and a sharp appearance in

professional corporate uniform.

Salary offered up to 8.5lakhs CTC Per annumRole & responsibilities
