Job Title: Security Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Manager to oversee security matters, liaising with relevant stakeholders, and managing public relations for our institution. The ideal candidate will preferably be an Ex-Serviceman with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the security and safety of the institution's premises, personnel, and assets.
• Establish and maintain effective liaisons with law enforcement agencies, local authorities, and relevant security organizations.
• Manage public relations efforts to enhance the institution's image and reputation.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend appropriate measures.
• Train and supervise security personnel.
• Investigate security incidents and take necessary actions.
• Monitor security systems and equipment to ensure functionality.
• Handle emergency situations and crisis management effectively.
• Stay updated on security trends and technologies.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,356.44 per month
