- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve security service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align security strategies with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- Strong knowledge of access control models, authentication protocols, and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to identity and access management.
- Ability to design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions that support organizational security policies.
- Familiarity with tools and technologies used for identity governance, privileged access management, and single sign-on.
- Capability to analyze security incidents related to identity and access and recommend corrective actions. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
