Security Guard

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the security and safety of the construction site, materials, equipment, and premises.
• Monitor the entry and exit of employees, workers, visitors, and vehicles.
• Maintain proper visitor and vehicle entry records.
• Prevent unauthorized entry and report any suspicious activity immediately.
• Patrol the site regularly, especially during non-working hours.
• Ensure construction materials are not removed without proper authorization.
• Follow site security rules and instructions given by management.
• Coordinate with the Site Engineer / Admin / HR for any security-related issues.
• Report incidents, theft, damage, or safety concerns immediately.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of security/site experience preferred.
• Good observation and communication skills.
• Physically fit, alert, and disciplined.
• Experience in construction or real estate sites will be an advantage.
• Willingness to work in Day & Night shifts / as per site requirements.
