You are the Project/Delivery Manager and manage delivery of the projects ,manage customer, run weekly status calls, monthly SLA reporting, business reviews, issue tracking, reporting and cross functional communication with other OT development teams and Onshore Stakeholders

What the role offers:

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-track customer projects (cloud, SaaS, or transformation programs).

Develop detailed project plans, define milestones, allocate resources, and monitor progress.

Drive delivery excellence through governance, risk management, and quality assurance.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Act as the primary customer interface for all project activities.

Conduct regular status meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.

Translate customer requirements into actionable project deliverables.

Manage customer expectations and resolve escalations proactively.

Manage project financials, including revenue recognition, forecasting, and margin tracking.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations (SLAs, SOWs, and change orders).

Drive scope management and control project change requests effectively.

Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.

Maintain detailed project documentation and dashboards for leadership and customer visibility.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes.
