About this role
Your role and responsibilities
Should have worked on SAML based SSO products such as IBM Verify, Okta, Ping Identity, etc.
* should have implemented & managed large scale SSO deployment
Administer and secure Active Directory (AD), including:
* User, group, and role management, AD security hardening and audits, Implement and operate Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
Role-based access:
1. Just-in-Time (JIT) access
2. Approval workflows and access reviews.
3. Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions:- Vaulting, credential rotation, and session monitoring, Privileged account onboarding and lifecycle management
* Conduct access reviews, certifications, and audits
* Monitor and respond to IAM-related security events and incidents
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal security standards
* Work closely with SOC, Infra, Cloud, and Application teams
* Lead IAM-related incident response and root cause analysis
* Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
* Maintain documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams

Required education
Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise
* Minimum 4 years of experience in managing IAM solution
IBM Verify, Azure AD / Entra ID
* LDAP, Kerberos, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
