Security Center Operations Specialist - Zscaler

We are currently seeking a Security Center Operations Specialist - Zscaler to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh (IN-UP), India (IN).

Provide L2 support for Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA).

Troubleshoot internet access, URL filtering, SSL inspection, and authentication issues.

Manage URL filtering and cloud firewall policies.

Troubleshoot Zscaler Client Connector connectivity issues.

Support user access issues related to ZPA applications.

Troubleshoot application segmentation, access policies, and connector connectivity.

Monitor Zscaler service health and investigate security events.

Support integration with identity providers such as Entra ID, PingFederate, or Active Directory.

Analyze Zscaler logs and prepare incident reports.

Assist with policy changes and change-management activities.

Incident & Operational Responsibilities

Handle L2 incidents within defined SLA timelines.

Perform detailed root cause analysis for recurring issues.

Coordinate with L1, L3, application teams, network teams, and vendors.

Participate in major incident management and troubleshooting bridges.

Create and maintain knowledge base articles and technical documentation.

Perform shift handovers and provide clear incident updates.

Support planned maintenance, changes, and security activities.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Palo Alto Networks NGFW and Panorama.

Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and routing.

Experience with VPN technologies: IPsec and GlobalProtect.

Hands-on knowledge of ZIA and ZPA.

Understanding of SASE and Zero Trust architecture.

Experience troubleshooting proxy, web filtering, and authentication issues.

Familiarity with SIEM tools and log analysis.

Knowledge of ITIL processes, incident management, and change management.

Good communication and documentation skills.
