Security Area Manager

We are looking for a skilled Security Area Manager with 5-8 years of experience to oversee the security operations in Pune.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective security strategies to ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets.
• Manage and supervise security personnel, including training and performance evaluations.
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement comprehensive security plans.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of security activities and incidents.

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience in security management, corporate security, vigilance, physical security, manpower sourcing, manpower training, and manpower planning.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
• Familiarity with security protocols and procedures, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
