Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education is required. Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires continuous collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, refining and optimizing software to meet evolving business requirements while maintaining high performance and reliability across platforms. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Web Application Firewall (WAF).
• Strong knowledge of web security principles and practices related to application firewalls.
• Experience in configuring and managing firewall rules to protect web applications from threats.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot security incidents and vulnerabilities within web environments.
• Familiarity with integration of WAF solutions into cloud and on-premises infrastructures.
• Understanding of network protocols and web technologies to optimize firewall performance. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Web Application Firewall (WAF).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
