Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education is required. Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development and architecture.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Security Architecture and Design.
• Strong knowledge of secure coding principles and threat modeling techniques.
• Experience in designing security frameworks for complex software systems.
• Ability to assess and mitigate security risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with security standards and compliance requirements relevant to software applications.
• Skilled in integrating security controls within custom software solutions. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Application Security Architecture and Design.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
