Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education is required. Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project goals. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Strong knowledge of identity and access management concepts and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing custom connectors and workflows within identity management platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems.
• Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools to streamline identity governance processes. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityNow.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
