Summary:ServiceNow GRC specialist with experience in platform customization, scripting, and integrations. Skilled in implementing workflows, developing scoped applications, and configuring Service Portals, Flow Designer, and Knowledge Base. Proficient in translating business needs into technical solutions, with a strong grasp of SDLC and REST/SOAP integrations. Holds relevant certifications and demonstrates strong communication and client engagement skills.Roles Responsibilities:Responsible for installation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow GRC Platform.Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., GRC, SecOps)Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools.Strong Knowledge in ServiceNow Scripting modules like Business Rules, Script Includes, Email Notifications, Workflows, UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, etc.Integration of ServiceNow with 3rd party tools/applications/platformsssHands-on experience in Integrations with Web Services REST and SOAP, Scripted Web Services.Good Understanding of Page Design and Widget Configurations related to Service PortalGood Knowledge on Flow Designer Configurations and Integration Hub.Hands on experience in Scoped Application development with Studio.Good Understanding of Version and Patch upgrades.Hands on experience in Knowledge Base and Knowledge Article Configurations.Knows how to translate business problems into software technical requirementsProfessional Technical Skills:Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent area2-5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow GRC implementation ServiceNow certificationsKnowledge of SDLC and VB/Java scripting is a plusExperience in other GRC tools like RSA Archer, MetricStream, Bwise is a plusVery good communication and customer management skillsExcellent command of English (verbal/written)

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) Tools.

This position is based at our Gurugram office.
