As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework and architecture that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This role includes meticulously documenting the deployment of cloud security controls and overseeing the smooth transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous engagement with evolving cloud environments to ensure robust security postures are maintained while supporting business needs effectively.

Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of security policies and procedures to enhance cloud security posture.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and operational excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align security architecture with business strategies and compliance requirements.

Professional Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud security frameworks and architectures.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security controls and best practices for transitioning to managed security operations.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and mitigation strategies within cloud environments.
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
