Security Architect - ServiceNow

As a Security Architect, you will define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to document the implementation of cloud security controls and facilitate the transition to cloud security-managed operations. You will engage in discussions to align security strategies with organisational objectives, ensuring that all security measures are effectively integrated into the cloud environment. Additionally, you will assess the effectiveness of existing security protocols and recommend enhancements to improve overall security posture.

Responsibilities:

• Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals.
• Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.
• Expected to be a ServiceNow developer.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Conduct regular assessments of cloud security measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on best practices in cloud security.

Requirements:

• Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)/SecOps Tools.
• Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Security Architecture Design.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and compliance standards.
• Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with cloud service models and their security implications.
• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)/SecOps tools.
• 15 years of full-time education is required.
