Role: Security Analyst - GSOC

Role Description:

• The Analyst will be responsible for L1 alert monitoring (ACS, CCTV and Intruder).
• Support travel security operations by monitoring travel-related risks, incidents, and emergency situations affecting employees.
• Use cutting-edge technology (SIEM/SOAR) to perform investigations.
  Monitor several screens, systems, and events simultaneously, with the ability to shift priorities as needed.
• Respond to security events and perform access badging tasks.
  Communicate effectively and appropriately with internal and external responders during critical incidents.
• Handle telephone enquiries and maintain accurate logs of events.
  Provide a high level of service to local and remote offices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a relevant field.
• Analytical Skills and intermediate SOC/Command Center experience.
• Knowledge of industry standards and experience with physical security systems is desirable.
• Comfortable working in shifts (Morning and General).
• Possess a security and analytical mindset, where the goal of triage and investigation is to determine why something occurred and accordingly troubleshoot to mitigate the security risk.
• Must be highly proficient and fully functional in MS productivity tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation, Outlook (an email client), OneNote, Calendar, OneDrive (cloud-based storage), and Teams (chat-based workspace).
  Strong communication and teamwork skills.
