Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive business expansion in the petrochemical, plastics, and rubber industries.
• Lead merger and acquisition activities to enhance market presence, improve operational efficiency, and increase revenue.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and innovation.
• Analyze financial data to inform strategic decisions on investments, divestitures, and capital expenditures.

Job Requirements :

• 10-18 years of experience in corporate strategy development within the petrochemical industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing growth strategies through mergers and acquisitions.
• Strong understanding of the petrochemicals sector's dynamics, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitor analysis.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
