Primary Responsibilities:

• As a Section Manager, your key responsibilities include:
  
  Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the daily activities of your section, ensure standards are met, and check that pricing and other legal requirements are followed.
  
  
  Support Cashiers: Help train cashiers and provide support as needed.
  
  
  Meet Sales Targets: Ensure your section meets sales goals and contribute to setting these targets. Monitor progress and take action if needed.
  
  
  Communicate Performance: Keep your team informed about how the department, store, and region are performing towards targets.
  
  
  Reduce Loss: Minimize stock loss by training your team on proper merchandise handling and stock protection.
