Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through process improvements.
• Ensure effective SLA (Service Level Agreement) monitoring and implementation.
• Availability of resources to meet budgeted division targets.
• Planning of plant shutdowns as per process or mandatory needs.
• Review process and Maintenance PMS
• Inventory control (Spares, RM)
• Review plant parameters.
• Review of set Specific Consumption targets and departmental expenses.
• Annual / Monthly Production Budgeting based on Marketing plan, Internal customers needs
• Plan strategy for production, based on targets figures & dispatch plan. Release the plant & Utilities running schedule for execution.
• Implement strategic plan as worked out by corporate.
• Revenue / capital expenditure planning.
• Optimizing manpower Resources
• Implementation of specific projects.
• Debottlenecking of plant capacity / Product Quality.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12-15 years of experience in chemical manufacturing industry, preferably in a similar role.
• B.Tech/B.E. - Bachelor of Technology / Engineering degree in Chemical or related field.
• Strong understanding of Plant Operations, WNA, TAN, Productivity Improvement, SLA monitoring principles.
