Maintenance Planning: Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for the rotary kiln, drive assemblies, support rollers, tires, and clinker coolers. 

Shutdown Management: Lead major yearly overhauls, refractory lining replacement coordination, and mechanical erections during plant shutdowns. 

Cost & Inventory Control: Manage spare parts inventory, track repair costs, and use SAP (ERP) modules for maintenance tracking. 

Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety rules, use safety gear, and maintain 5S and IMS (Integrated Management System) standards on the shop floor.
