Position description: Section Engineer ( Pre - Clinkerization )

Office Location: Nawalgarh

Degree: B-Tech (Mechanical)

Primary Responsibilities:

• To support SH Mechanical in Planning, Organizing & Co-Ordinating the implementation of Field Operation &maintenance activities for optimum plant availability within optimum cost to meet production target of Kiln section
• Execute preventive maintenance schedules to prevent unexpected failure
• Carry out RCFA of each breakdown
• Execution of improvement / modification jobs for cost reduction and productivity improvement along with manpower planning and spare parts management
• system implementation for best practices by ensuring pollution free and safe working environment.
• Follow plant safety protocols and statutory requirements. Conduct toolbox talk and ensure usage of PPEs. Report near miss and unsafe conditions immediately
