Secretarial Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities

Contract Management:

➢ Review/ vet routine agreements and provide support in the execution thereof.

➢ Monitor contract renewals, amendments, and validity periods, and maintain appropriate records.

Legal & Secretarial Compliance:

➢ Support in implementation and monitoring of WFS/ SATS Group compliance frameworks and internal policies.

➢ Conduct legal research and assist in preparation of legal documents, opinions and responses.

➢ Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable corporate, commercial, and regulatory laws.

➢ Assist the Company Secretary in organizing Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and Shareholder Meetings;

➢ Support in preparation of agendas, resolutions, minutes, and meeting documents.

➢ Coordinate in documentation and filings under the Companies Act, 2013.

Legal & Compliance Administrative support:

➢ Provide support in legal and compliance administrative activities, including but not limited to maintenance of legal records,

contract repositories, compliance trackers, statutory documentation, and related correspondence.

➢ Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders in connection with legal and corporate secretarial matters.

Qualification

➢ Education – Bachelor's degree in law (LLB) required and CS Executive Cleared or pursuing Company Secretary course

will be preferred.

➢ Experience – 2-3 years of experience in same capacity in reputed organizations or consultancy firms.

➢ Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

➢ Fluent in written and spoken English.
