Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare lessons for secondary classes, ensuring effective communication of subject matter to students.
  
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
  
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs of students.
  
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and improve overall academic standards.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience as a TGT (Secondary) or equivalent role.
  
• Strong knowledge of Bed (Basic Education Development) principles and practices.
  
• Excellent teaching skills with ability to adapt instructional strategies for different age groups.
  
• Proficiency in Hindi language proficiency required; B.A - Bachelor of Arts degree preferred.
