Roles and Responsibilities

• Teach Biology to secondary-grade students as per the school curriculum.
• Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based Biology lessons.
• Explain scientific concepts using practical examples, experiments, and activities.
• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
• Conduct laboratory activities and ensure proper lab safety.
• Monitor and evaluate students academic progress.
• Provide additional support to students whenever required.
• Maintain effective classroom management and discipline.
• Encourage scientific thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
• Coordinate with parents and colleagues regarding student progress and academic activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong subject knowledge in Biology.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to make complex concepts simple and engaging.
• Practical/laboratory teaching skills.
• Good lesson planning and assessment skills.
• Experience with CBSE/ICSE curriculum preferred.
