Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager role based in Hyderabad. The SEO Manager will plan and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility, drive qualified traffic, and enhance lead generation for Urbanrise properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting keyword research, performing regular SEO audits, optimizing on-page and off-page elements, and managing link building initiatives. The role also involves monitoring performance using web analytics tools, preparing reports, and collaborating with marketing, content, and web development teams to align SEO efforts with broader business goals. The SEO Manager will stay current with search engine guidelines and industry trends to ensure best practices are consistently implemented.
Qualifications

• Strong SEO Audits and on-page optimization skills to identify issues and implement effective improvements.
• Proficiency in Keyword Research for targeting relevant search terms and aligning content with user intent.
• Experience with Link Building strategies, including ethical outreach and backlink profile management.
• Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) for performance tracking and data-driven decisions.
• Solid Marketing knowledge to integrate SEO with broader digital campaigns and brand positioning.
• Experience with technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, crawlability, structured data) is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in real estate or property-related digital marketing is an added advantage.
