About the Role

Intellipaat is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth through high-performing digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and data-driven growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Own key performance metrics including CPL, CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, lead quality, and revenue contribution.
• Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and scale successful campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, audiences, ad copies, and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with Creative, Content, Sales, Product, and Business teams to improve campaign performance and conversions.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, audience behavior, and emerging digital acquisition channels.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilization to achieve business targets.
• Track and analyze the complete marketing funnel using relevant analytics and attribution tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency.
• Experiment with new channels, audiences, campaign formats, and acquisition strategies.

Required Skills & Experience

• min 5 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Candidates with prior EdTech experience will be strongly preferred.
• Experience in B2C lead generation and performance marketing will be an added advantage.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition, conversion funnels, retargeting, audience segmentation, and lead generation.
• Experience managing and scaling digital advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Excel/Google Sheets, and other marketing analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, CVR, ROAS, LTV, and other performance metrics.
• Experience in optimizing campaigns for both lead volume and lead quality.

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech/B.E. or MCA is mandatory.
• Candidates from other educational backgrounds will not be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in EdTech / Education / Online Learning is strongly preferred.
• Experience working on high-volume B2C lead generation campaigns.
• Strong commercial understanding with a focus on revenue, ROI, and customer acquisition.
• Data-driven, highly analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong ownership, experimentation mindset, and ability to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
