Sea Export Customer Service (General + HAZ Cargo) – JD

We are looking for a Sea Export Customer Service Executive with experience in handling both General Cargo and Hazardous (HAZ/DG) Cargo shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Sea Export Customer Service activities.
• Manage General and HAZ/DG cargo shipments.
• Coordinate with customers, shipping lines, overseas agents, and internal teams.
• Handle bookings, shipment updates, and customer queries.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with IMDG/DG regulations for hazardous cargo.
• Track shipments and ensure smooth and timely execution.

Requirement: Experience in Sea Export Customer Service within the Freight Forwarding industry, with knowledge of General + HAZ/DG Cargo.
