SE/SSE - Data Analyst II

Role & responsibilities

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Gather, understand, and translate business requirements into functional analytical solutions.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and root cause analysis to solve business challenges.
• Generate actionable insights and recommend data-driven solutions to improve business performance.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to define metrics and success criteria.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor data quality to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of all reporting outputs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 3-8 years of hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, or Reporting roles.
• Core Technical Stack: Strong expertise in SQL (joins, CTEs, window functions) and intensive experience building dashboards in Power BI.
• Data Concepts: Good understanding of data modeling, reporting structures, and data warehousing concepts.
• Bonus Skills: Exposure to Python, Snowflake, or Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly preferred.
• Domain Advantage: Prior experience working in Healthcare, Insurance, Banking, Retail, or Enterprise environments.
• Work Setup: Must be comfortable working in a Hybrid model.
• Locations: Open to working in Bangalore or Gurugram.
