Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader to manage reporting and dashboard activities. The role requires advanced Excel expertise to analyze data, create insightful reports, support leadership decision-making, and improve reporting efficiency and consistency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reports and dashboards using MS Excel to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide analytical insights and reporting support to leadership teams.
• Troubleshoot and improve reporting processes in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports in standardized formats.
• Use historical data trends to optimize reporting and support process improvement.
• Automate dashboards and reporting tools to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.

Requirements and Skills

• Strong proficiency in advanced MS Excel reporting and analysis.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
