Role & responsibilities

• 15-17 years strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems and concurrency, including 4-5 years as a manager managing multiple scrum teams.
• Full stack development experience with React or Angular and TypeScript.
• Demonstrated experience designing and developing AI agents and agentic workflows, including tool/function calling, planning, orchestration, state management and reusable capabilities.
• Understanding of agent internals, including the execution loop, tool selection, context management, memory and error handling.
• Practical experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP), preferably building MCP clients/servers and integrating tools with agents.
• Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, structured outputs, RAG and vector search.
• Experience building, deploying and operating production-grade applications, with attention to security, scalability, observability and reliability.
• Engineering management experience, including technical design, team leadership, delivery ownership and mentoring.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent agent orchestration frameworks.
• Experience developing reusable agent skills, tool registries or capability-discovery mechanisms.
• Experience with multi-agent systems, agent evaluation, tracing, guardrails and prompt-injection mitigation.
• Experience integrating agents with enterprise APIs, databases and internal developer platforms.
• Cloud native development experience with AWS, Azure or GCP, along with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
