SDK Consultant

The Senior SAP C4C & BTP Associate is responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and supporting SAP Customer Experience (CX) solutions, primarily Service Cloud (C4C), leveraging SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). With 10 years of experience, the role demands strong functional expertise, solution architecture capabilities, and leadership in delivering scalable, secure, and business-aligned solutions.

SAP C4C / SAP CX Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Service Cloud and Sales Cloud Solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional and technical solution designs.
• Configure:
• Business Roles, Work Centers, and Access Restrictions
• Service Processes (Tickets, Service Orders)
• Sales Processes (Leads, Opportunities, Quotes)
• Workflow rules, determinations, validations, and approvals
• Customize UI using UI adaptation, mashups, and extensibility options.
• Provide expertise in data migration, reports, dashboards, and analytics within SAP C4C.
• Support system upgrades, regression testing, and release management.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution.

SAP BTP Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Develop and manage:
• Cloud integrations between SAP C4C, S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party systems
• APIs, iFlows, adapters, and message mappings
• Utilize BTP services such as:
• Destinations, Connectivity, Security
• Workflow Management, Business Rules (if applicable)
• Authentication & Authorization (IAS / XSUAA)
• Support extension development using BTP for custom business scenarios.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices for security, performance, and scalability.

SDK Skills

• Must to Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP C4C SDK and PDI.
• Strong understanding of SAP C4C architecture and development best practices.
• Experience in designing and developing custom objects, extensions, and enhancements using SAP C4C SDK and PDI.
• Knowledge of integration technologies and tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). Experience in data migration and data integration between SAP C4C and other systems.

Technical Skills

• SAP C4C configuration and extensibility
• SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI)
• REST/SOAP APIs, IDocs (conceptual understanding)
• Cloud security and connectivity concepts

Data migration and reporting

• 10+ years of experience in SAP CX / SAP CRM solutions
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP C4C (Sales & Service Cloud)
• Solid experience with SAP BTP and cloud integrations

Proven experience in end-to-end project delivery (implementation, rollout, support)
