SDET with Adobe Experience Platform (5-10 Years)

Role & responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end QA testing for AEP and AJO across customer data, profiles, audiences, journeys, campaigns, and downstream activations.
• Validate XDM schemas, datasets, identity resolution, Real-Time Customer Profiles, audience segmentation, and destinations.
• Test AJO journeys and campaigns, including triggers, entry criteria, branching, personalization, scheduling, and suppression rules.
• Conduct integration testing across CRM, AEP, AJO, Marketo, APIs, and upstream and downstream systems.
• Support CRM-to-Marketo migration testing for lead, contact, account, campaign, consent, preference, and historical marketing data.
• Perform source-to-target validation and reconciliation covering mappings, transformations, record counts, duplicates, missing records, and business rules.
• Validate Marketo and CRM synchronization, lifecycle changes, campaign triggers, and automated marketing workflows.
• Perform API and backend testing using Postman and SQL, including JSON payloads, API responses, batch files, and real-time feeds.
• Create and execute functional, integration, migration, regression, and end-to-end test scenarios, and manage defects in JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, marketing teams, developers, and technical stakeholders; support UAT and issue resolution.

• Hands-on testing experience with AEP, AJO, CRM, or marketing technology platforms.
• Strong knowledge of XDM schemas, datasets, identity resolution, Real-Time Customer Profiles, audiences, and destinations.
• Experience testing AJO journeys, campaigns, personalization, scheduling, and suppression rules.
• Experience in CRM and Marketo integration or migration testing.
• Strong source-to-target data validation, reconciliation, transformation, and record-level verification skills.
• Hands-on API and backend testing using Postman and SQL.
• Experience with functional, integration, migration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
