Location: Hyderabad

Shifts: 6:30 pm - 03:30 am IST (Hybrid)

This role focuses on building robust automated test frameworks and executing performance testing to ensure our applications meet functional and scalability requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong coding skills, a passion for automation, and experience in performance testing methodologies.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Implement and execute performance, load, and stress tests to validate system scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality standards.
• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality assurance.
• Document test strategies, plans, and results for transparency and compliance.
• Troubleshoot automation and performance issues across multiple environments.

Must Have & Desired Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in test automation and performance testing.
• Proficiency in any programming languages such as C#.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. Selenium) is a mustand performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is nice to have.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA best practices.
• Expertise in API testing and automation using tools like Postman.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g. Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with containerization
• Knowledge of observability tools for performance monitoring.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• ISTQB or similar QA certification.
• Experience with security testing and DevSecOps practices.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
