SDET at A FinTech Company

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable automated test frameworks.
• Develop automated tests for functional, regression, integration, UI, and API testing.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for faster feedback.
• Optimize test scripts for reliability, performance, and maintainability.
• Identify automation opportunities with developers, testers, and product teams.
• Ensure high test coverage and support early defect detection.
• Conduct code reviews and follow automation best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong programming skills in Java, C#, JavaScript, or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Virtuoso, or Playwright.
• Experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or other CI/CD tools.
• UI and API automation testing experience.
• Knowledge of natural language and codeless automation.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile.
• Experience with data-driven testing and test data management.
• Strong root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
